Acupuncture 针灸

Cupping 拔罐
Cupping therapy attaches cups to the body via suction and this helps to draw stagnant blood to the surface of the skin as well as improve blood and lymphatic circulation. This improves Qi flow along meridians which relieves muscle soreness and reduces fatigue.
Moxibustion 艾灸

Gua Sha involves using a smooth gemstone tool to gently scrape different areas of the body which helps to relieve blockage in meridian channels, increasing blood circulation. It is typically complemented with Tui Na, cupping and acupuncture to enhance the treatment results.
